BestieSpy provides anonymous analytics and viewing tools for social media platforms. We offer insights, story viewing, and follower tracking capabilities. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, informational use only.
3. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
Important Notice Regarding Data Availability:
Our Service relies heavily on third-party platforms, APIs, and data aggregators to function. We do not control these third-party services. Consequently:
- Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide real-time data, changes to third-party APIs or platform policies may result in delays, caching, or the inability to retrieve the latest data (e.g., sorting by newest followers may temporarily be unavailable).
- Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for downtime, outages, or service failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare, hosting providers, or upstream data APIs).
- Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time if third-party dependencies make it impossible or impractical to continue offering specific features.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
